Dieses Gebäude entstand 2004 im Industriegebiet Rathaushütte
in Marktredwitz. Sinn und Zweck liegt in der Fähigkeit zum einen, Handelswaren und Halbwerkzeuge zu lagern.
Der Zweite wohl wichtigere Grund für die Entstehung, liegt in der Möglichkeit, hier, saisonunabhängig und vor allem nahezu ohne Größenbeschränkung, Fahrzeuge zu beschriften und Werbeanlagen oder Werbetafeln zu erstellen.
